VILA VITA Marburg GmbH includes the VILA VITA Rosenpark hotel with a bar and a wellness area, six restaurants with different gastronomy concepts and the adjacent congress center. An ice cream manufacture with bistro, a delicatessen and the idyllically situated estate Hofgut Dagobertshausen as well as the vineyard Weingut am Nil in the Palatinate complete the VILA VITA Group. In total, VILA VITA Marburg GmbH employs more than 500 people.
Your Tasks
- Preparation and cooking of dishes for the à la carte business (lunch and dinner service)
- Shared responsibility for the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Monitoring of stock levels
- Creative co-creation of new dishes
Our Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Relevant specialist knowledge and ideally initial professional experience in upscale cuisine
- Good manners and a positive charisma
- Clean, well-groomed and exemplary appearance
- A sense of quality and accountability
- Regular inspection of food and deliveries
- Ability to work independently and creatively
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, resilience, discretion and loyalty
