A champagne reception is followed by a wonderful New Year's Eve with magical moments. Culinary delights include a starter étagère with delicacies such as poached oysters, truffled veal tartare and a different take on caprese. Then an intermediate course and a sorbet await you before the kitchen team presents the main course: fillet of beef | truffle jus | celeriac puree | port wine | potato straw. The menu concludes with a “Walk of Fame” where you can pick up your dessert at the live cooking stations in our kitchen. During the meal, you will be enchanted by various artistic interludes that will make this evening simply unforgettable.
Round off this crowning finale at our 360° Bar & Lounge with a wonderful signature cocktail, which is part of the package.
