Original stone-baked pizza

Our pizzas are baked according to a traditional Neapolitan recipe and get their typical aroma in our stone oven. The dough is left to rest for a long time and topped with selected ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. The result is a crispy, airy pizza with authentic character.

Traditional pasta

Our specialties develop an unmistakable depth on the original Mibrasa wood-fired grill. The embers give meat, fish, and selected vegetarian creations a special intensity and an intense aroma reminiscent of modern barbecue culture.
