Your Tasks
- During the three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know all areas of the hotel: Reception and reservations, housekeeping, back office and hotel catering.
- You learn typical service skills for the upscale gastronomy and look after our restaurant guests.
- We will show you what is involved in cleaning hotel rooms, so that our guests feel completely comfortable.
- At reception, you'll help with check-in, answer the phone and answer any questions that arise. Of course, you will also be introduced to the hotel software that we use to manage room reservations.
- There's also plenty to do behind the scenes: Accounting, human resources, don't worry, we'll show you show you everything step by step.
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed school.
- Learning by doing is in your blood. You are quick to grasp new things and can rapidly put them into practice yourself.
- The hotel and catering industry means that you have to work at weekends. You should not mind.
- You really want to learn the profession and enjoy gastronomy.
