VILA VITA Marburg GmbH includes the VILA VITA Rosenpark hotel with a bar and a wellness area, six restaurants with different gastronomy concepts and the adjacent congress center. An ice cream manufacture with bistro, a delicatessen and the idyllically situated estate Hofgut Dagobertshausen complete the VILA VITA Group. In total, VILA VITA Marburg GmbH employs more than 500 people.
Your Tasks
- Preparation, setup, and supervision of the breakfast buffet
- Preparation of egg dishes, pancakes, etc. at the live cooking station
- Ensuring appealing presentation of food
- Assistance with ordering goods, stock management, and kitchen hygiene
- Close cooperation with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Our Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Relevant specialist knowledge and, ideally, initial professional experience
- Good manners and a positive attitude
- Clean, well-groomed, and exemplary appearance
- Awareness of quality and responsibility
- Regular checking of food and deliveries
- Independent and creative work
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, resilience, discretion, and loyalty
