The menus and signature dishes are accompanied by exquisite organic and Demeter-certified wines, selected by the experienced and award-winning sommelière Kathrin Feix.

- A note on the drinks accompaniment*: There are two different beverage packages for you to choose from - either one with various wines to match the menu OR alternatively one with non-alcoholic creations. All other drinks are charged separately according to consumption.
Cancellation Policies
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival
- In case of non-arrival or short-term cancellation 90 % of the total price will be charged
