Your Tasks
You are the first point of contact for our national and international guests
Responsibility for the daily routine at the reception desk
Check-in and check-out of the guests
Acceptance and processing of reservations and guest requests
Own cash desk management, credit card control, and accounting
Our Requirements
Completed vocational training as a hotel receptionist
Professional experience in the front office area is an advantage
Ideally, experience with Protel
Sincere guest and service orientation
Very good communication skills
Very good written and spoken German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage
Good manners and a positive charisma
Hospitable and competent appearance
Clean, well-groomed, and exemplary appearance
Reliability, ability to work in a team, resilience, discretion, and loyalty
