Your Tasks

  • You take care of late check-ins and early check-outs and look after our guests' concerns.
  • You are in charge of the front office and outlet checkouts and you make sure that everything is in order when starting your shift.
  • You receive the waiter's bills and your task is to audit whether they are correct, as four eyes see more than two.
  • You carry out the end-of-day closing.
  • You go on regular control rounds to check that everything is in order
  • You manage the filing, create the morning meeting report, sell vouchers via Protel etc.

Our Requirements

  • You have completed training as a hotel specialist.
  • Ideally, you have already worked in the front office for at least one year.
  • English is no problem for you and you master language barriers like a champ. You speak other other languages? All the better.
  • You have already worked with Protel? Great, we use that software too.
  • You love your job and interacting with people.
  • You like to turn night into day and you are reliable, conscientious and - when things get tough - resilient.
